Its a Swinging Z - fold card. The paper used is called Amore from Shabby Princess while the digi image (Vintage Red Car) and sentiment is from Create with TLC ( guess it obvious I like the digi images from Create with TLC).
The twine and the adhesive shimmer dots are from my neglected stash. Instructions on how to make the swinging fold card can be found at SCS.
